Delivering
Organizational
Value

Once you have discovered and defined your organizational value and your value to customers, you can begin to deliver that value—through your brand identity, marketing, and communications.

Visual Identity

Can change be so significant that it warrants an overhaul of your visual identity? Absolutely! Whether we redesign your current identity or design your brand identity from scratch, we have a proven seven-time global award-winning process to get the job done.

The look and feel of your brand—the way your organization presents itself—is your visual identity. It should project four things:

  1. Who you are.
  2. What you do.
  3. How you do it.
  4. Where you want to go.

Using your six core organizational clarity components, we will design a visual identity that is authentic to you and sets you apart from the competition. We will connect your new brand identity to both employees and are the marketplace.

Visual Identity Case Study

Significant point of change:

Improve child care quality statewide for children 0-5 in Rhode Island

Beginning in 2007-2008, Rhode Island wanted to improve quality early care and education for children 0-5 throughout the state. They chose to use a national standard and to develop a statewide Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS).

Orange Square was hired to develop marketing. As we began, we diagnosed the many different challenges the QRIS would face. This problem-finding phase was key to our success. By diagnosing problems first, we were able to select which were key to focus on to ensure success.

As of 2017, 77% of eligible programs participate in BrightStars and parents and families can search and compare rated and non-rated providers in the state.
